Canadians Don’t Know Much About The Constitution

Many people have the impression that the Canadian Constitution is dull or boring. They would be wrong. In a new book, I set out to bring the Canadian Constitution alive, directly to each and every Canadian.

This is no small feat because the original version of the law that created Canada — the British North America Act, 1867 — isn’t even located in Canada. The “BNA Act,” as it often is affectionately called, was an Act of the British Parliament and the document is still physically located in England.que_constitution_20130410
