The Capital Educators Award (2012)

Prof. Adam Dodek was honoured as one of 16 top educators on Thursday, May 17, 2012, receiving the Capital Educator Award. More than 350 educators were nominated by current and former students, as well as parents and colleagues. That list was whittled down to 68 finalists, of which 16 were selected by a panel of judges representing business, education and community organizations.

Created in 2001 by a group of business and education leaders, the awards are intended to raise the profile of public education and to recognize the work of local teachers.

The Ottawa Network for Education (ONFE) hosts the event in collaboration with the 10 participating education institutions.

Congratulations Prof. Dodek! EduGals with Award
